Tasks & responsibilities
- Operate in a fast-paced, high volume environment.
- Address customer concerns or queries.
- Operate as part of a dynamic team.
- Work well under pressure.
- Ensure you and your staff are creating a fun, passionate environment and delivering the full Milky Lane experience for customers.

Qualifications & experience

Floor
- must hold a current NSW RSA
- min 2 years experience in a bar/restaurant
- fun, friendly, bubbly and energetic
- works well under pressure
- loves customer service and great banter
- full availability

Bar
- min 2 years cocktail bartending experience
- experience in a high volume fast-paced venue
- attention to detail
- must have a current NSW RSA
- works well under pressure

Kitchen
- experience in a fast-paced high volume kitchen
- team player and works well with others
- attention to detail
- works well under pressure
- reliable

Host
- well presented, efficient and great chat
- welcoming nature and loves people
- excellent conflict resolution

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Casual
Part-time hours: 20 - 40 per week

**Salary**: $20.35 - $35.70 per hour
