**Collections & Sales Specialist - Renewable Energy**:
**Location**: East Melbourne (fully onsite)
**Hourly** **Rate**: $35.68 per hour + super
**Duration**:3 months casual contract to begin. Chance of extension or long term contract thereafter
- **️ Hours**:Monday to Friday 9-5pm each week

We're on the hunt for a driven **Collections & Sales Specialist** to engage with SME customers, rebuild relationships, and secure ongoing contract renewals - even when clients have had a less-than-perfect experience in the past.

This isn't just about collecting payments. It's about **re-selling value, winning back trust, and ensuring long-term partnerships** in the renewable energy space.

**What You'll Be Doing**:

- Introducing our client's business as the new operator across 80+ clients.
- Re-engaging customers and clearly communicating the value of their PPA or ESA agreements.
- Turning around negative experiences and **resetting relationships** with a fresh start.
- Negotiating payment solutions (full, partial, or structured plans) while maintaining contract continuity.
- Using CRM tools to track progress and keep cases on target for quick resolution.

**What We're Looking For**:

- Proven **sales experience** with SME clients (bonus if you've worked in energy or solar).
- Strong communicator with the confidence to **win over clients in tough situations**.
- Experience in collections is a bonus - with the ability to negotiate smart payment outcomes.
- Commercially minded, resilient, and skilled at balancing recovery with relationship building.
