**About this position**

**What we are looking for**

To be successful, you will possess:

- Knowledge of land use planning and development control, including relevant legislation, practices and trends
- Strong organisational and customer service skills
- Strong written communication skills
- An ability to establish and maintain position working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Demonstrated experience in a similar role is an advantage.

**Essential requirements**
- Current and valid driver's licence
