**About Industry Fund Services (IFS)**
IFS are a leading provider of specialist financial products, services and advice to Industry Super. Industry Super Funds are run to benefit members. This means that their profits are returned to members, not big corporate shareholders.

Our Risk & Compliance team is responsible for driving, supporting and facilitating an efficient and innovative compliance culture throughout IFS. We do this through the provision of a number of key services to the IFS Group including legal and compliance advice and support, regulatory reporting and audit implementation.

We are currently looking for an experienced compliance professional within the financial advice space to join the team in delivering our financial advice audit program.

**The Opportunity**
This role involves:

- Reviewing financial advice provided to clients against regulatory and business requirements
- Providing feedback and coaching to financial advisers based on your reviews

Helping to manage, maintain and revise the audit program

**About you**:

- Extensive technical knowledge of financial planning practices and requirements;
- A minimum of 4 years’ experience within the financial advice industry;
- Holds a relevant tertial qualification in Finance, Commerce or other appropriate filed;
- RG146 Compliant;
- A strong working knowledge of financial planning regulatory and compliance requirements; and
- Excellent communication skills;
This role would suit someone with previous experience as a paraplanner with experience in conducting audits.
