**Your impact and contribution**:
As the COE Lead - Automation and Optimisation, you will:

- Lead the development and implementation of automation strategies to streamline quality engineering and assurance processes
- Design and maintain automated testing frameworks for functional, performance, and security testing.
- Embed continuous testing into CI/CD pipelines to ensure software quality throughout the development lifecycle,
- Implement and manage end-to-end testing strategies, including performance testing with JMeter, load testing, and stress testing, to identify and resolve potential bottlenecks.
- Develop metrics and dashboards to monitor the quality and reliability of systems using tools such as Grafana, and Splunk
- Promote a culture of quality and operational excellence, mentoring team members and fostering continuous learning and innovation.Stay up to date with the latest quality engineering tools, frameworks, and trends, evaluating and introducing them to enhance processes.

**We are interested in people who have**:

- Proven experience leading quality engineering teams and implementing automation strategies in a complex and dynamic environment.
- Strong technical expertise in automated testing frameworks and tools such as Selenium, JMeter, and languages like Python, Java, and PowerShell.
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure as code (IaC) using tools like GitHub Actions, Ansible, Terraform, Docker, and Kubernetes
- Solid understanding of quality assurance principles, including test coverage, performance testing, and defect management.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills to work effectively across cross-functional teams.

**Desirable**:

- Knowledge of cybersecurity engineering principles and practices, including experience working with identity and access management tools like Ping and IIQ
- Familiarity with logging and monitoring solutions such as ELK Stack, Grafana, and Splunk
- Understanding of messaging systems like and API management tools such as Kong
- A passion for innovation, automation, and driving operational efficiency.
- Proven ability to foster a team culture of learning, technical excellence, and alignment with organizational cybersecurity objectives.
