Our client offers state-of-the-art residences in the heart of the CBD. Boasting stunning views, world-class amenities & exceptional location, this iconic residency is seeking a Finance Officer/ Assistant Accountant to manage their short-term and long-term residencies.

**About the Role**

You will be joining an outgoing and busy finance team who love to have fun at work Your day here will include the following key responsibilities:

- Manage the accounting and financial operations for the residency including AP & AR, & bank reconciliations
- Process any necessary changes as directed by owners and investors
- Process end of month
- Work closely with other departments in the business
- Prepare monthly reports
- Ensures accurate records are kept by standard practices
- Ad hoc duties as directed by the General Manager

**About You**

You will bring these attributes to the role:

- 2+ years prior as a Finance Officer or Assistant Accountant.
- Demonstrated ability to be flexible, well organised and display initiative to improve practices.
- Be IT savvy and enjoy using a variety of systems with proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Proven capacity to work autonomously and to approach activities with initiative.
- A capability to work, interact and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels and build positive, professional relationships.
