**Position overview**:
In this role, you will work within our SIL team, providing support to individuals in the southern suburbs of Adelaide. Your responsibilities will include medication administration, seizure management, and offering assistance during passive nights. Each SIL location has its own fleet car, and you will have the opportunity to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

**Beneficial** prior experience**:

- Prior experience working in SIL accommodations
- Mental Health Experience
- Medication Experience
- Seizure Management Training
- Crisis Intervention and De-escalation Techniques
- Anxiety and Emotional Regulation Support
- Understanding of Trauma and Abuse
- Knowledge of Neurofibromatosis

**Mandatory Requirements**:

- Current DHS Disability clearance or NDIS Workers Clearance
- Current South Australian WWC clearance
- Certificate III in Individual Support (Desirable) or equivalent experience
- Current First Aid certificate (HLTAID003 or HLTAID011)
- Current CPR certificate
- Current Manual Handling certificate
- Driver’s License
- NDIS Orientation Module
