The Core Banking program strategy includes business design, commercial benefits and realisation. You’ll be responsible for leading and managing the change management strategy for the Core Banking modernisation program.

As the Program Change Management Lead you’ll be responsible for defining the activities that support in delivering the program outcomes. Directly reporting into our Core Banking Program EXCO sponsors, you will be responsible for leading the functional streams within the program and your direct reports will include Business Lead, Technology Lead as well as PMO Management, Change and Risk functions as required to support the program of this size and complexity.

Through successfully building credible partnerships across both the business and technology functions as well as with broader stakeholders the transformation outcomes will be effectively delivered on time and within budget. Periodically you will also be required to provide updates to IBAL Board and to ING Global stakeholders to ensure all are kept informed in respect of progress for the transformation.

**What you’ll do**
- Be accountable for the overall transformation programs design blueprint, ensuring alignment with architecture plan, scope of the program and is endorsed by key IBAL stakeholders and program sponsors.
- Define program milestones and scope including schedule, budget, deliverable quality, workforce planning, procurement, stakeholders, integration and risks/issues
- Promote a culture of high performance and continuous improvement and innovation that values learning and a commitment to quality.
- Provide oversight and leadership over transformation work streams ensuring alignment to the goals of the program, stakeholder acceptance, embedding a culture of customer centricity and supporting a strong risk culture and program diligence.

**What we’re looking for**
- Demonstration of continued professional development in business, banking or finance disciplines
- Demonstrated experience utilising both agile and waterfall methodologies to successfully deliver projects
- Proven experience in working with partner resources and stakeholders across different time zones
- Demonstrated capability to successful deliver multiple concurrent projects
