We're currently hiring for our next **Assistant Manager at our Gold Coast store.** **More about this opportunity"**: - This opportunity is for 32 Hours per week, working Sunday - Thursday;_ - Sunday: 9:45am - 5:15pm, Monday: 8:45am - 5:45pm, Tuesday: 10:30am - 4:30pm, Wednesday: 11:15am - 5:45pm, Thursday: 1:45pm - 7:15pm_ As an Assistant Manager, you will - Support the Store Manager on all the operational aspects, as well as manage the team on the Store Managers RDO. - Use your prior retail and apparel experience to train and coach your team on the daily, with the assistance of a dedicated Store Manager to understand the customer's needs - Complete a 12-week training program for you to become BRA-FIT certified - Learn the Bendon approach, interact with customers to make them comfortable and confident in the process before, during and after a fitting - Excel in achieving operational functions, through tasks such as merchandising, loss prevention, processing of stock and exceeding KPIs - Commit to our black-out periods; Monday 25th November 2024 - Wednesday 4th December 2024 and Monday 16th December 2024 - Sunday 5th January 2025. No leave will be approved during this time.
