**Responsibilities**:
1. Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner.

2. Address customer inquiries, provide information, and ensure a positive experience throughout their visit.

3. Host birthday parties, ensuring smooth execution and meeting guests' needs.

4. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in food preparation and serving areas.

5. Maintain cleanliness throughout the facility, including dining areas, restrooms, and activity spaces.
6. Ensure all equipment and facilities are in good working condition and report any maintenance issues promptly.
7. Organize and lead various activities and games for guests, ensuring entertainment and engagement.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous experience in customer service, hospitality, event hosting, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Flexibility in scheduling, as weekends are essential and some evenings if required.
