As a Handyperson, reporting to the Property Operations Manager, offers an opportunity to work alongside a large team within our Property Operations that are responsible for maintaining all aspects of our Sydney property.

**A few of your responsibilities**:

- General maintenance, repair work and cleaning duties for furniture, fittings and equipment
- Preventative assessments and maintenance on gaming and other equipment
- Maintaining the cleanliness of plant rooms and other Facilities Department spaces
- Assist the Maintenance Technician’s in their daily duties as required

**What are we looking for**:

- Ability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster (including weekends and public holidays as required)
- Previous experience in a technical, industrial building or construction environment as a trade assistant
- Effective communication skills & strong passion for team drive
- Knowledge of building services & ability to work unsupervised.
