Are you an organised and detail-oriented professional looking for a flexible role in a new growing business? klen.co is a new imports and distribution company dedicated to redefining clean in Australia. We are seeking a proactive **Operations Coordinator** to help streamline our processes and ensure smooth day-to-day operations on a part-time basis with opportunity to grow.

**About the Role**:
As our Operations Coordinator, you’ll play a key role in managing logistics, supplier coordination, and administrative functions. Your responsibilities will include:

- Coordinating import shipments, including customs documentation and freight tracking
- Liaising with suppliers, freight companies, and warehouse partners to ensure timely deliveries
- Managing inventory records and stock levels
- Assisting with order processing and customer service enquiries
- Handling general administration, including invoicing and reporting
- Identifying opportunities to improve efficiency in operations
- Set up and manage business software tools, such as inventory management and CRM

**About You**:
We’re looking for someone who:
✔ Is highly organised and detail-focused

✔ Can work independently and problem-solve efficiently

✔ Has strong communication skills for liaising with suppliers and partners

✔ Is proficient in Google Suite (experience with inventory management software is a bonus)
