**Description**:
As the Store Business Manager at M.J. Bale's Myer Indooroopilly location, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations of the concession department.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Managing and leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service and achieve sales targets.
- Developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth and meet financial objectives.
- Ensuring efficient store operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and compliance with company policies
- Building strong relationships with Myer Indooroopilly management and staff to maximise the concession's performance.
- Lead by example by actively engaging with customers, driving sales, and providing coaching and support to the team.
- Analyse sales performance data to identify opportunities for improvement and develop action plans accordingly.
- Coordinate with head office and other stakeholders to execute marketing initiatives and promotional activities effectively.
- Monitor stock levels, conduct regular stocktakes, and manage replenishment processes to uphold optimal inventory levels.
