We have an exciting position available for a friendly and energectic person to join our transport dispatch team.

We are looking for someone with experience in transport / logistics with a strong focus on customer service. The role would be well suited to someone who enjoys working with people as most of your day will be spent taking calls.

Our office is a fast paced environment and we are committed to providing excellent customer service. Every day is different and brings on a new challenge. We need someone who is quick thinking, can problem solve with the ability to work in a team environment as well as be trusted to work on their own.

**The role will include but not be limited to**:

- Answering incoming telephone calls
- Quoting customers and assiting with enquiries
- Tracking fleet on GPS software and providing eta's to customers
- Liaise with drivers and provide assistance where needed
- Invoicing and taking payments for jobs booked
- Customer service skills with prior experience in transport and logistics preferred
- Using initiative to find solutions to problems
- Ability to manage and resolve disputes
- High level of computer literacy with ability to learn our custom software
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to be organized in a busy environment.
- Ability to work independently; the weekend roster will see you working independently on weekends (once trained).

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $850.00 - $1,500.00 per week
