**About the role**:This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, enthusiastic and committed individual to become a critical member of our small yet dynamic team in an organisation which is expanding. This person will join the production team and will work under the direction of the Production & Logistics Manager to ensure orders are fulfilled on time and to an exceptional standard.

We are offering both casual and permanent roles, depending on your level of skill and capability.

**The responsibilities include**:

- Day-to-day manufacturing of operable walls.
- Assembling orders, packaging and labelling for freight collection.
- Ensuring daily workflow targets and weekly production targets are met.
- Some interstate travel for installations

**Skills and Experience**:

- Experience using basic power hand tools (not essential but preferred)
- You must have a valid driver’s licence (ability to drive manual preferred)
- You must be a fast learner with the ability to work in a team and occasionally alone.
- Desire to understand all warehouse operations because you will be expected to do so.
- Motivated to see their own responsibilities and rewards expand as the business continues to grow.

Pay: $65,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
