Disability Care Worker

**ALL Support Plus **is currently recruiting casual disability and home care support workers to assist our lovely female client who resides in Currimundi on the Sunshine Coast.
Our client requires assistance with daily living activities and supporting her with community, social and recreational activities.
Supports are required 7 days per week with the shift hours being:
7.00am to 9.00am daily (Monday to Sunday), and 5.00pm to 7.00pm daily (Monday to Sunday) with the exception of a Friday afternoon where the hours are 3.00pm to 6.00pm.
Our client is in her late 50's - she enjoys music, art, cooking, the beach and riding her tricycle. We are looking for support workers that have similar interests and can ride a bike, as well as assist in the home.
Tasks include: Assisting with shopping, appointments and some meal preparation.
We promote a safe and positive environment when out in the community.
Essential Requirements:
- Current open drivers licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Current first aid & CPR certificate
- NDIS worker orientation certificate
- Blue card with yellow card exemption (NDIS worker screening)
- Minimum of cert III in disability or individual support
- Relevant industry experience working with clients with disability
- A person-centred approach
- Excellent communication skills
- Fully vaccinated with 3 shots
