**Key Responsibilities**:

- Lead and manage the network and operations team to drive the development, implementation and maintenance of organisation wide enterprise architecture and projects
- Deliver strategic plans for the network and operations function through identifying and responding to new and emerging strategic issues impacting the operational environment
- Ensure maintenance, monitoring and reporting on the overall networking environment.
- Oversee the Service Desk function, taking responsibility for delivering efficient and effective support services to the business
- Work with vendors to identify opportunities for improvement, leveraging technology to improve ways of working across networks and telecommunications

**Key Responsibilities and Skills**
- 4 + years' demonstrated experience in leading a team of network & telephony engineers
- Demonstrated experience with large-scale network architecture and knowledge of Cisco, Citrix, Juniper & Azure technologies
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with and influence a variety of stakeholders to achieve mutual understanding and agreed outcomes
- Demonstrated ability to manage and maintain a strong business relationship with stakeholders and vendors
