Our onsite Master Jeweller boasts over 25 years of experience, expertly blending craftsmanship with design. At Baivina, we provide a comprehensive suite of services, including jewellery repairs, cleaning, and watch repairs, ensuring that all your fine jewellery needs are met with unmatched professionalism and care.

We are currently seeking a full-time experienced bench jeweller to join our friendly team for an exciting long-term position.

**About the Role**

As a Baivina Jeweller, you will be an essential part of our team, responsible for crafting and repairing high-quality jewellery pieces. Your expertise in jewellery making and repair will ensure that our products meet the highest standards of craftsmanship. You will work closely with the Designer Consultant and other team members to create bespoke pieces, remodel existing jewellery, and carry out necessary repairs. Your attention to detail and dedication to quality will be critical in maintaining Baivina's reputation for excellence.

In this role, you will also:

- Craft and repair jewellery pieces, including plating and laser soldering.
- Collaborate with the Designer Consultant to create custom and remodelled pieces.
- Ensure all jewellery repairs are completed to the highest standards.
- Maintain a clean and organised workspace.
- Communicate effectively with team members and customers when needed.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment.

**About You**

We are looking for a skilled and meticulous jeweller with a passion for creating beautiful and high-quality jewellery. As a Baivina Jeweller, you will need to have excellent craftsmanship skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Your dedication to quality and customer satisfaction will be essential in this role.

You will also have:

- A minimum of 5 years' proven experience as a bench jeweller.
- Strong skills in jewellery making, including setting, soldering, polishing, repairing, plating, and laser soldering.
- Excellent organisational and time management skills.
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Sound knowledge of gemstones, diamonds, and precious metals.
- The ability to work in a busy, fast-paced environment and follow instructions.
- Excellent organisational, efficiency, and reliability skills.
- A passion for jewellery and a desire to contribute to the success of Baivina.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From $32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 per week
