**The role**:
You are an experienced polyurea coatings applicator that is happy to travel across the East Coast FIFO for refurbishment projects. You are also experienced in protective coatings designed for concrete and steel substrates, with a certification in PCCP or NACE preferred but not essential. In this role, you will work closely with the Supervisor and Project Manager to achieve project time and budget objectives to the satisfaction of all stakeholders.

You bring energy and experience but also new ideas, innovation and a mindset of continuous improvement. As a specialist, you will help organise and manage a highly skilled team of trades and subcontractors. You understand and can manage construction programs and project safety whilst mitigating risk and ensuring quality standards and specifications are met.

**What we need**:

- Certification in PCCP or NACE preferred but not essential
- 5+ years’ experience on rehabilitation projects desirable
- Experience in water/waste water industry
- A thorough understanding of concrete remediation projects, an advantage
- Valid Drivers License
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organisational and people management skills
- Energy, drive and attention to detail
- A willingness to work away from home
- FIFO
