**Commercial Cleaner (Casual)**

**Location**: Perth Area

**Hours**: up to 40 hours per week (Flexible hours)

**Employment Type**: Casual

TCS Property Maintenance is looking for a reliable and experienced commercial cleaner to join our team on a casual basis. This role involves maintaining cleanliness in our facilities in the Perth area, with approximately 20 hours of work per week and flexible scheduling.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- General cleaning of office spaces, bathrooms, and common areas
- Ensuring all areas are maintained to a high standard
- Following safety and cleaning protocols

**We Provide**:

- All necessary cleaning supplies and equipment

**Requirements**:

- Prior experience in commercial cleaning
- Be reliable, efficient, and able to work independently
- Hold a full, clean driver's licence and reliable car
- Having an understanding of OHS and hygiene standards in a cleaning role

**Job Type**: Subcontract

Pay: $27.50 - $31.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 25 per week

Schedule:

- Shift work

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- National Police Certificate (required)
- Driver Licence (required)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)

Work Location: In person
