Operating in over 25 countries and seeing 54 million+ visitors a year, they are the experts in delivering memorable experiences. Not only is Merlin Entertainment a leader in creating magical memories for their guests, but they also have 3 charities to conserve aquatic and wildlife habitats.

This part time traineeship will see you working 25 hours per week within the Darling Harbour across their attractions and at the HQ. No two days will be the same in this role. You could be acting as the face of the business by standing at the admissions gate for rides one minute and assisting with administrative tasks behind the scenes the next.

**Duties**:

- Meet and greet all visitors
- Advertise and sell tickets and experiences
- Check guest tickets upon entry
- Respond to customer enquiries, in person and over phone
- Promote all Merlin attractions and create excitement for guests

**About You**:

- Passionate about working in the tourism/attraction industry
- Thrive working under pressure
- Self-motivated and take initiative
- Great communication skills

**Role Requirements**:

- Some weekend work required
- Previous customer service skills (desirable)
