**Your opportunity**:
As our valued _Telephone Account Management Team - Team Leader, _you will play a vital role in aligning with the company’s objective of revenue growth. The purpose of the role is to use your strong leadership skills to motivate and support the team to hit and exceed revenue and retention targets along with keeping the Spirit of TPG Telecom at the forefront of what you do.

**You'll make impact by**:

- Driving growth and retention performance through the delivery of initiatives including developing sales strategies, driving team culture, and adhering to Salesforce management tasks and responsibilities
- Monitoring, manage and report on KPI’s, trends and insights, and produce insights and recommendations for business decisions and continuous improvement
- Conducting monthly, 6 monthly and annual performance reviews
- Facilitating appropriate sales cadences and rhythms through 1:1s, huddles and meetings
- Providing support to team members for customer resolutions and ensure the team meets agreed service SLAs and Growth and Retention targets
- Ensuring the team understands the activity required to deliver outcomes eg Health Checks, Win Backs, New Connections, Resigns and Cross Sell
- Building and maintain strong business relationships with key stakeholders and internal and external business partners.
- Developing and grow the team ensuring you role model appropriate behaviours through your leadership to influence performance
- Creating an environment in which the team can fulfil their performance and career potential

**What you’ll bring**:

- Strong sales leadership with proven ability to encourage and influence positive performance results and behaviours of team members.
- The ability to coach and motivate individuals for continuous improvement experienced in using a “business solutions” type approach, utilising TPG’s product and services to identify customer needs and sell into applicable market sectors.
- Able to creatively position TPG as an innovative, flexible, and responsive service provider.
- Proven cultivator and ‘closer’ of sales opportunities at the Business organisation level
- Excellent communication & presentation skills
