Maintenance Planner

As a **Maintenance Planner,** you will be based in Clayton, Victoria while ensuring the preventative maintenance programme is up to date and work is completed in a safe manner and that full compliance with PPG EHS requirements are met. **Responsibilities** - To work with the Maintenance personnel in arranging servicing, adjusting and carrying out repairs and maintenance to plant, machinery and other equipment. - Create routine maintenance schedules, shutdown plans and monitor maintenance KPIs. - Manage service providers and equipment on site. - Ensure materials and tools are adequately stored and all tools and equipment are maintained in mechanically sound and clean conditions. - Raising of POs for the maintenance department. - Initiate and manage capital projects from conception to completion. - Work together with the Engineering manager to ensure all EH&S requirements and compliance standards for engineering are met **Qualifications** - Mechanical engineering background, with 5+ years’ experience with process and manufacturing experience - Experience working in hazardous environments and a sound knowledge of regulatory requirements is advantageous - Develop working relationship with staff and contractors **About us**: **PPG: WE PROTECT AND BEAUTIFY THE WORLD** **The PPG Way** Every day at PPG: **We partner with customers to create mutual value.** We are insightful, dedicated, and proactive.
