Apprentice Trainer

- Are you passionate about mentoring and developing the next generation of skilled technicians? WesTrac’s renowned Institute is looking for a dynamic **Apprentice Trainer** to join our Learning and Development team
- In this hands-on position, you'll be at the forefront of apprentice training, ensuring it meets the highest standards and aligns with WesTrac’s Core Values.

**Location**: South Guildford, WA

**What You’ll Do**:

- Deliver engaging and effective training to apprentices
- Ensure training meets RTO (50737) compliance standards
- Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external clients
- Manage training administration and documentation

**Skills & Experience**:

- A qualification in Mobile Plant or Heavy/Commercial Vehicle Technology is essential
- Certificate IV in Training and Assessment TAE40116 or TAE40122 is highly desirable (WesTrac can support you in obtaining this)
- Experienced technician ready to transition into a mentoring Trainer role
- Passion for learning and helping individuals reach their full potential
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and interpersonal)
- Basic Microsoft Suite skills
- Exposure to and knowledge of Caterpillar equipment _(desirable)_
