Position: Printer Machinist - Flexo

**Full time**

The Reflex Labels Group, which is based and operates in the UK, Scotland, Ireland and across Europe has now entered the Asia Pacific (APAC) market through acquisition of an existing label manufacturing business based in Melbourne, Victoria.

Our strategy is to grow our presence within the APAC region through organic growth and further acquisitions. The introduction of new label formats and technology that is currently being successful in the UK and Europe will, in time be transferred to the APAC region giving us a further edge within a very competitive Label & Packaging space.

Our current crew of **_cool and passionate_** printers need more team members to join them to help keep up with our workload.

Deliver the total requirement for daily production assigned to the machine and to interact with the factory supervisor to ensure timely production of the Job Bags.

To ensure timely set up of the print machines and preparation of the tooling, plates, films, ink, and paper for the print run.

To operate the print machines efficiently & to expedite the production runs and minimise press downtime.

Must be able to run at least an 8 color Flexo machine.

Implement corrective measures and minor preventive maintenance to ongoing machine operation.

Where practical assist to carry out preventive and/or breakdown maintenance.

Other duties as required.

Your duties:

- **Min. of 2 years** Flexo Label Printing Machinist experience.
- Be able to work a rotating day and afternoon shift.
- Work as a Team with a Team attitude.
- Have a good eye for detail.
- Willingness to learn to excel in your craft.

Salary depended on years of experience:
Starting Range from $55,000 plus Super.

38 Hour Week.
