**In this role, you'll**:
You will lead, manage and oversee the program management of a portfolio of complex road safety programs with a combined annual budget of around $270 Million.

You will work in an agile manner, responding to regular challenges in a fast-paced, responsive and high-performance workplace.

You will lead a team. As the team leader, two program management specialists reporting to you.

You and your team will drive visibility, structure and consistency across all programs within Safer People, managing the larger programs and providing program management advice and support to the managers of smaller programs.

You will use data to report on key programs, to continuously monitor and evaluate program performance, and to present recommendations that support program delivery.

**About you**
- You will have proven experience in program management of multiple, complex programs of work and you will be able to demonstrate that you can drive excellence in program management across a team.
- Have experience developing and implementing program management frameworks and processes that standardise practice and improve performance.
- You will provide expert advice and information to stakeholders on emerging program management issues and present recommendations to support delivery in line with established plans, budgets, timeframes, policy objectives and other priorities.
- You will have demonstrated extensive analytical skills, with the ability to assimilate information quickly and present findings in a concise and meaningful way.
- You have demonstrated team and people leadership skills

Please note that this team currently enjoys a hybrid way of working with at least one day a week in the office at either Macquarie Park or Elizabeth St. Sydney.
