Qualifications & experience
- Certificate III in Individual Support/disability or equivalent required
- NDIS worker orientation module
- Covid-19 Infection Control
- WWCC
- Experience with any of the following will be highly regarded - ASD, Down Syndrome, Mental health, Personal care, Medication management, hoisting.
- Current first aid & CPR
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Current national police check (or willing to obtain)

Tasks & responsibilities
- Individualized community-based support
- Support & skill-building in-home and in the community
- Working with participants to develop independence and daily living skills
- Providing personal care to participants
- Contribute to the ongoing development of a person-centered team
- Assist with medications and other duties as specified as per the participant support plan
- Maintain participant records to ensure consistent and quality care
- Actively contribute to a team environment through open communication, participation in regular staff meetings, planning, and reviews
- Be adaptable to changing circumstances and being able to prioritize work
- Display a client-focused and person-centered manner

**Salary**: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour

- Osborne Park, WA 6017: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- First Aid Certification (preferred)
- Working with Children Check (preferred)
- National Police Certificate (preferred)
- Driver Licence (preferred)
- Cert III in Disability or equivalent (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (preferred)
