Hays has partnered with one of the largest essential services providers in Australia and New Zealand and are seeking a compliance administrator to join their team on a temporary basis is initially with the potential for permanency. The role is offering $40 p/h and then $75k salary plus super and is in Canningvale.

**About the role**

As an Administration and Compliance Officer, you will support the Commercial and Contract Compliance Manager in ensuring the effective delivery of the CSCS contract. You will be responsible for:

- Contributing to contract management activities that promote continuous improvement and maintain compliance across the business
- Managing low risk contractual issues, under the guidance of the Commercial and Contract Compliance Manager
- Providing administration support to the Commercial and Contract Compliance Manager by maintaining contractual documentation to ensure information captured is consistently updated and accurate
- Coordinating meetings and external meetings and assisting with agendas, minutes and monitoring decisions/action plans
- Coordinating stakeholder requests and liaising with other key working parties and staff as required
- Preparing written responses in accordance with relevant policy, procedures and guidelines
- Managing databases and registers to enable effective contract management and communication with internal and external project stakeholders
- Assisting with internal and external reporting requirements for the CSCS contract
- Regularly reviewing and evaluating operational adherence to policies and regulations
- Performing performance audits of key obligations and recommending and monitoring corrective actions where required
- Assisting in the prompt and accurate processing of Intelligence, Investigations and Incidents to the client

**About you**

To be successful in this role, you will have:

- Experience in a similar role, preferably in the public sector or a service delivery environment
- Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of contract management principles and practices
- Strong administration, organisation and time management skills
- High level of attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
- Commitment to ethical behaviour and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, statutory obligations and company policy
