**Responsibilities**:
**Finance**:

- All-round bookkeeping for multiple entities using Xero
- Banking and clearer reconciliations, including foreign currency
- Accounts payable through Commbiz
- Payment of regulatory submissions
- Assist with annual audit
- Assist the Finance team with ad-hoc month end tasks

**Other**:

- Suggest and assist with implementation of improvements across all of the business
- Document Life Trading’s financial processes
- Other duties as required

**Essential requirements / Strengths**:

- Experience using Xero
- Strong numeracy and MS office skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work to reporting deadlines
- Ability to multitask
- Taking ownership of responsibilities

**Preferable requirements**:

- Experience of working in a financial firm
- Proven ability to work autonomously and improve business processes

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 30.4 per week

**Salary**: $48,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
