**To be successful in this role, you will need**:

- Experience operating a Grader with final trim experience.
- Recent civil experience, ideally on subdivision projects
- GPS and various systems experience would be considered an advantage
- Ability to demonstrate high levels of initiative and be able to work well under pressure
- Safety focused attitude with a high attention to detail and time management skills
- Able to work as part of a team
- Ability to work Monday to Friday 6:30am - 5:00pm
