**RESPONSIBILITIES**
- **What You Can Expect Day-to-Day**_

Serving a vital role as a co-educator, your daily core tasks will include:

- Observe, oversee, and assess children while they engage in a learning environment
- Develop independent learning exercises, curricula, and methods that cater to the needs of all students
- Establish bonding and rapport with students supporting a trusted relationship
- Create, foster, and maintain a safe, clean, stimulating classroom where all children are comfortable, seen, and safe
- Set an example for all students instilling good values in them like accountability, understanding, tolerance, respect, respect, love, honesty, and kindness
- Monitor and assess student's progress and provide parental feedback and supporting documentation
- Handle various administrative tasks including but not limited to record-keeping etc.
- Participate in school activities

**QUALIFICATIONS**

Minimum Required:

- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Superb interpersonal skills with exceptional ability to engage others
- ACECQA Approved Diploma qualification
- WWCC and current First Aid training
- Team player who enjoys working in a collaborative environment
- Committed to continual professional development and is constantly pursuing ways to maximize a positive impact on our students
- Passionate and committed to excellence in early childhood education
- Compassionate with a strong belief in high-quality education and care
- Self-development skills and an understanding of why reflecting is important

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 32 per week

**Salary**: $23.45 - $37.31 per hour
