Specialised educational programs (with a flair of Reggio) relating to life skills - think cooking, gardening, socialisation and cultural awareness and art in residence program.

In this role, we are looking for someone with a creative mindset and a friendly, gentle personality. You will have significant experience working with children 0-2 years old. You will plan, implement and evaluate age-appropriate activities for children whilst leading the other educators.

Successful applicants must have the following:

- Completed a Diploma in Child Services or similar as approved by ACECQA
- Demonstrated room leader (lead educator) experience
- Have at least two years of experience in the sector
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis training
- Current Working With Children's Check (employment)
- You will need to demonstrate a passion for all things ECEC as well as an ability to influence others.

**Salary**: $60,000.00 - $71,759.51 per year
