RSB is looking for Student/Amin Support Officers. As a **Student Support Officer**, you will be the first point of contact for students needing help with their studies. After receiving comprehensive, on-the-job training, you will provide information in a range of different situations, helping students keep on track to achieve their dreams. The Student Support Officer puts the students at the center of everything they do while they build their skills to kick-start a fantastic career in education management.

**Your Responsibilities**
- Offering ongoing support for our students during and after enrolment
- Going above and beyond to deliver a memorable student experience
- Motivating students in their studies and careers
- Management of data online filing
- Maintenance of integrity and accuracy of student data

**Your Skills & Experience**
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to explain information in a simple way
- Technological savvy and natural interest in different types of technology and systems
- Strong student focus and an understanding of what it is like to juggle multiple responsibilities at the same time
- High level of empathy and adaptability as well as a positive attitude toward challenges
- Problem-solving skills and experience in providing exceptional customer experience and service
- Relevant vocational education or tertiary qualifications (desirable)

**Salary**: From $45,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift

- Parramatta, NSW 2150: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
