**The Role**

Our client are seeking a full-time, permanent Paralegal to join their dynamic team. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly motivated individual who is passionate about legal support and has a strong interest in Financial Services.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct legal research and analysis related to infrastructure investments and transactions
- Prepare and draft legal documents including agreements, contracts, and transactional documents
- Review/analyse legal documents and contracts to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and fund policies
- Assist with the management of the legal due diligence process for infrastructure investments
- Provide support for legal compliance and risk management initiatives
- Liaise with internal stakeholders including investment teams, legal counsel, and external service providers
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date legal documentation and filing systems

**About You**
- 3+ years of experience as a paralegal in a law firm, corporate legal department, or financial institution
- Strong knowledge of legal research and analysis techniques
- Experience in drafting legal documents and contracts
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong attention to detail
- Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize competing demands
- A bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in law or a related field
