We have an exciting opportunity for casual Guest Services Hosts to join our team at Illawarra Fly Treetop Adventures

Illawarra Fly Treetop Adventures is nestled amongst the beautiful landscape of the Southern Highlands and South Coast of New South Wales. Our Treetop Walk and Zipline are fantastic products that showcase the picturesque landscape for all visitors. Our staff are key to delivering our product as they are the ones who help guests leave having a sense of awe and having had a memorable experience while visiting us.

**About the Role**

All of our roles are focused on ensuring that our guests are having the most amazing experiences, and here at Merlin we have a real focus on FUN As a Guest Services Host you will be responsible for the delivery of friendly, attentive and efficient service to the guests of Illawarra Fly.

Your duties include but are not limited to maximising all sales within the department outlets (tickets, retail and food & beverage), using up-selling and promotional tools provided, meeting daily tasks and sales targets set by management, ensuring cleanliness of outlets and surrounding areas, entering and redemption of entered bookings and a strong head for problem solving for things that you may experience in the role.
