Still wholly family owned, **Bradnam’s Windows and Doors** is now proudly one of the leading manufacturers and suppliers to the Australian Construction industry. **About the role**: - Managing the day-to-day operations of the in-house powder coating facilities. - Co-ordinate the labour required to achieve the pick requirements of and volume throughput for the Paint Line. - Develop a coherent, customer focused team. - Provide support in the powder coating operations to ensure customer agreed expectations are met. - Implement appropriately developed quality systems to support in house coating facilities. - Manage the Non-conformance and scrap process, reduce the qty, identify and address the faults, liaise with customers and external suppliers. - Maintain a MIFOT of at least 99%. - Ensure daily reworks are complete in full within 24 hrs. **Experience and Skills needed**: - At Least 3 years’ Experience in staff management in a manufacturing environment. - Experience with implementing and administering quality control systems. - Demonstrated a strong focus and commitment to Customer Satisfaction. **When you open a Bradnam’s Door, you’ll benefit from**: - Competitive salary + Superannuation - 17.5% Annual Leave Loading, during periods of annual leave - Fully Maintained Company vehicle - Mobile Phone - Job Security with a family company - Opportunities for development and career growth within Bradnam’s Group nationally - Employee discounts on Bradnam’s windows and doors - Collaborative leadership team who lead by example and live the “Bradnam’s Difference”
