**The Opportunity**

SyncUp is proud to partner with a leading residential builder who has built their reputation on quality, innovation, and customer satisfaction. We’re seeking an experienced **Site Supervisor** to oversee residential projects across the Perth region.

**What You’ll Be Doing**
- Supervise day-to-day site operations, ensuring safety, quality, and timelines are met
- Coordinate and manage trades, contractors, and suppliers
- Conduct site inspections, enforce WHS standards, and resolve issues promptly
- Maintain project schedules, progress reports, and client updates
- Deliver high-quality homes on time and within budget

**What We’re Looking For**
- Previous experience as a Site Supervisor in residential construction (single & double-storey)
- Strong knowledge of WA building codes, standards, and WHS requirements
- Excellent leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to manage multiple sites and stakeholders effectively
- Trade background or relevant qualifications highly regarded
