**Opportunity: Divisional Lead - Plant Hire Manager**

As they continue the strategic expansion, they are seeking an accomplished professional to join the management team as a Mobile Plant Manager. The role is centred at our the head office and involves spearheading our Plant Hire division. The Plant Hire Manager will work closely with the Director initially and Senior Management Team to establish and maintain a position of industry leadership, delivering unparalleled plant hire services to sites across the State.

**Qualifications and Attributes**:

- Profound expertise in civil earthmoving equipment, civil contracting, and a comprehensive understanding of upcoming infrastructure projects.
- A solid network within civil contracting
- Proficiency in utilizing modern computer tools and adeptness in generating comprehensive reports.
- The ability to analyse and comprehend intricate plant hire contracts, terms, and conditions.
- A genuine inclination towards effective interpersonal interactions, coupled with a knack for adept problem resolution.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Crafting and submitting Expressions of Interest (EOIs) along with competitive project rates, meticulously tailored to each project's distinctive requirements.
- Forging and nurturing strategic alliances with the clientele.
- Providing diligent weekly endorsements for timesheets, dockets, as well as overseeing the seamless mobilization and demobilization of machinery for plant hire and internal projects.
- Elevating the bar of customer service excellence, delivering an experience par excellence.
- Participating in the facilitation and endorsement of End of Month (EOM) claims pertinent to all plant hire initiatives.
- Orchestrating the effective management of Plant Hire projects, accentuating the facets of mobilization, day-to-day operations, and ensuring the proficiency of operators.
- A distinguished career trajectory and an extensive network within the realms of civil earthmoving and construction.
- Proficiency in strategic problem-solving methodologies, adeptly resolving challenges that come their way.
- An innate ability to foster and nurture meaningful relationships, buttressing the team and fostering a culture of unwavering accountability.
- Geographical proximity to the Sunshine Coast or its environs, with an inherent readiness for periodic travel to meet the demands of the role.
