Our team is both customer facing and back of house processing, you will be navigating your way through inbound/outbound phone calls. These calls can include sales verifications & assisting customers with their onboarding experience.

We're offering full time permanent opportunities 9:00am - 5:30pm Monday to Friday.

**You will need**:

- A Customer service background
- To be able to navigate multiple systems and databases whilst talking to customers on the phone
- A strong customer focus and great communication skills
- The ability to build and maintain great relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A willingness to learn, develop and self motivate to assist with other areas of the business
