Only Care (on behalf of The Co-Group Limited) are looking to build a team of disability support staff to assist clients with a range of disabilities in the Eastern Suburbs and surrounds. We are offering the opportunity for ongoing steady shifts with regular clients in a supportive environment.

Only Care provides a range of services from social support, meal preparation and personal care, as well as high needs care. **We currently have a high demand for Social Support and Transport shifts, a Driver's Licence and a reliable car are essential for this role.**

We are looking for people who are empathetic, reliable and who are passionate about providing quality care. If you have solid experience working with children/adults with any of the following or similar disabilities, we'd be interested to meet you:

- Autism
- Dementia
- Mental Health

**We recognise overseas Nursing/Medical or related qualifications.**

Pay is based on the SCHADS award, relevant to your experience and the standard of care you are able to provide and dependent upon time of day/day of week.

**Requirements**:

- Certificate III or IV in Disability (or Aged/Individual Support) Care or equivalent, Recognition given to suitable overseas Nursing/Medical or related qualifications
- Current First Aid Certificate
- Current Police Check
- Working With Children Check
- Full COVID-19 Vaccination
- Smart phone
- Punctuality and Reliability
- Good Interpersonal Skills
- Current Driver's Licence
