**Description**: As Planit’s Lead Graphics & Multimedia Designer, you will bring creativity, innovation, and professionalism to the table. Reporting into our Group Marketing Director, you will work closely together to continuously improve our brand image and empower our marketing and comms through strong visuals and video.

**Responsibilities**: In addition to executing graphics, multimedia, and UI design for core branding, strategic, and critically important design projects, you will also manage, motivate, and mentor a team of designers to successfully deliver upon our full design needs. This includes directly managing design projects across ANZ and managing senior designers capable owning those projects elsewhere around the globe.
**Mandatory Skills & Experience**: Previous experience in a Lead role, or a Senior level as a Graphic Designer in a Corporate environment will be highly valued, including the following skills: - Producing eye-catching designs to be applied across our websites, Office templates, signage, campaigns, brochures, collateral, social/partner channels, and more. - Creating customer-centric UI designs and wireframes for websites, web parts, and digital platforms. - Producing engaging videos to support our brand, product, campaign, talent and thought leadership needs - Visual processes and stories through illustration and animated video. - Ensuring corporate communications provide a professional, visually appealing, and engaging experience for users. - Execute/coordinate filming and photography as needed. - Sourcing and curating on-brand artwork, audio, and video. - Managing, motivating and mentoring a growing design team, ensuring graphics and multimedia across the group align with the Planit brand and successfully achieve their purpose.
