**About Us**
SCW provides welding, fabrication, rigging, and site services across the Illawarra and surrounding regions. We partner with major clients in construction, manufacturing, and heavy industry to deliver safe and efficient project outcomes. With a growing team, we are now looking for skilled Riggers to join us.

**The Role**
We are seeking experienced Riggers to support site-based projects. The role involves lifting, moving, and securing loads safely, working with cranes and other lifting equipment, and assisting with installations and maintenance activities.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Performing rigging operations safely and in line with site requirements.
- Working with cranes, hoists, and lifting equipment to move and position loads.
- Assisting with structural installations, plant moves, and maintenance.
- Setting up, inspecting, and maintaining lifting gear.
- Collaborating with trades and site crews to deliver quality outcomes.
- Following all WHS policies and maintaining safe work practices.

**About You**
- Current High-Risk Work Licence - Rigger (Basic/Intermediate/Advanced as applicable).
- Dogging licence.
- Experience with industrial rigging, structural installations, or site maintenance.
- Ability to work as part of a team in workshop and site environments.
- Physically fit and safety-focused.
- HR truck licence, forklift licence, or additional high-risk tickets highly regarded.
- Positive, can-do attitude with flexibility to support a variety of projects.

**How to Apply**

**Job Type**: Casual

Pay: $40.00 - $50.00 per hour

Expected hours: 35 - 55 per week

**Experience**:

- Rigging: 2 years (preferred)

Licence/Certification:

- Full Driver Licence (preferred)

Work Authorisation:

- Australia (required)
