**About the role**

As part of our Contact Centre team, you’ll be the first point of contact for our customers. Expect a fast-paced day filled with a variety of enquiries - from helping customers manage their accounts, to resolving issues, and answering questions about our products and services. High call volumes can be expected, but with support from your teammates and our strong team culture, you’ll always have the guidance you need to excel in the role. This role is office based with no possibility of working from home.

**About you**

**What we’re looking for**:

- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Ability to handle, at times, high-volume calls and remain calm.
- A team player who’s reliable and enjoys helping others.
- Experience in customer service, retail, hospitality, or similar industries is highly regarded.
