Roll It Ice Cream Co, is the only rolled ice cream food van in Brisbane, we operate from a 1960’s model Airstream food trailer and sell our entertaining and unique ice cream at events, festivals, universities, private catering events, and markets all around Brisbane.

We are a small business with big dreams run by a young team, in a fast-paced but fun work environment. We are looking for a Casual to join our team. We will train you in how to make rolled ice cream and the tasks involved in your position in a supportive environment.

Shifts are 1-2 days a week with potential for more if desired. Shifts usually last between 5-7 hours. The role may be suited to those studying at Uni or Tafe, or those looking for a new opportunity.

**Responsibilities**:

- Taking customer orders_
- Assisting with customer’s enquiries_
- Making rolled ice cream in a fast-paced environment_
- Restocking ingredients and packaging when required_
- Assisting with cleaning the food trailer kitchen at the end of service_
- _Driver’s licence with a reliable vehicle, willing to travel to various locations around South East QLD_
- Friendly, well-mannered and personable_
- Past hospitality experience preferred though not required_
- Hard-working and reliable_
- Moderate to high level of fitness_
