**Infant Child and Family Health and Wellbeing Hub**

The Infant Child and Family Health and wellbeing Hub will help infants and children who need extra treatment, care, and support. These services will provide therapy that considers all aspects an infant's or child's life. These services will provide wellbeing supports, peer supports and care coordination to help with different kinds of challenges including difficulty in attending school and mental health concerns. This is a joint Service between Monash Health community and Early in life Mental Health service. The children who access the Hub will range from 0-11 years. The Infant, Child and Family Health and Wellbeing Hub will sit alongside ELHMS - Monash Childrens and the Child and Family Program - Monash Health Community

**Job summary**

**Purpose**
- Reports to: Project Manager and Grade 4 Senior Clinician, Infant Child and Family Health and Wellbeing Hub
- Department: Infant Child and Family Hub, Monash Health Community
- Administration position has responsibility for undertaking tasks as delegated by the Project or Program manager to assist with communication flow and tasks related to the smooth running of day to day operations of the team. The role requires clerical and administrative skills, organisational and communication skills and a commitment to improving the way health services are delivered for patients. The incumbent will have a base site but may be required to work at any of the Monash Health Community satellite sites as and when a need arises.

**Key result areas**:

- Support Monash Health Community Services to improve service efficiency, service coordination and the patient's experience.
- Provide a friendly, courteous and professional greeting and support to all visitors/patients
- Ensure appropriate standard of presentation and maintenance of reception area
- Efficiently complete day to day administrative tasks in line with work directions
- Manage and maintain data entry and daily reporting as required.
- Communicate with external organisations.
- Maintain currency of internet knowledge news
- Available to provide cover in the event of roster issues across other Community sites.
