We're seeking enthusiastic and motivated team members to join our team at Perth CBD location.

We have multiple positions available for Baristas - Front of House and Kitchen Superstars

**Front of House - Barista**

Do you have a passion for coffee? Thrive in a fast-paced environment? And love engaging with customers? Then this role is for you

As a Soul Origin Barista, you’ll have access to the highest quality Speciality Coffee and work with the best brewing equipment on the market to create our delicious coffee beverages. You’ll be responsible for:

- Serving our Soul Origin customers
- Preparing and serving hot/cold beverages
- Ensuring the coffee utensils and equipment are clean and sanitised regularly
- Ability to work as a team - when you’re not making delicious coffee, you’ll be completing general duties such as serving salads and soups
- An understanding of Speciality Coffee will be highly regarded

**Back of House**

Do you love working with fresh ingredients to make delicious, well-presented food? Do you enjoy starting and finishing work early? Can you confidently work alone, or as part of a small team? Then the Back of House role is for you You’ll be responsible for:

- Preparing all menu items in a safe and efficient manner
- Follow detailed make-guides and recipes
- Work with commercial grade knives
- Ordering and receiving stock
- Ensuring that all utensils and equipment are clean and sanitised before use
- Cleaning and closing the kitchen at the end of the day

In order to be successful you'll have:

- A positive attitude and confidence to engage with customers and work as a team
- A strong understanding of food safety and hygiene practices

Pay: $23.44 - $32.06 per hour
