Exciting Opportunity for a PeopleSoft HCM Specialist to join a reputable education institution in Perth, WA.

**Your new company**

You will be joining a leading education institution in Perth, Western Australia, as they embark on a full upgrade of their existing systems.

**Your new role**
- Effectively help manage production and non-production environments, troubleshooting and resolving issues as required.
- Installation, testing and implementation of upgrades and patches made available by the system vendor, and adherence to Change Management processes.
- Actively monitor, and seek opportunities, new methods, trends, capabilities and products focused on digital automation to the advancement of the University.
- Develop technical requirements based on user functional requirements, and business process requirements, keeping accurate and complete records, procedures and operational documentation, and contributing to IT knowledge management practices.

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Relevant post graduate tertiary qualifications in Information Technology or related discipline, or equivalent experience delivering technical solutions that focus on digitisation and workflow, automation, collaboration services and process improvement.
- Experience working with modern workplace technologies including but not limited to PeopleSoft HCM, Microsoft365, Jira/Confluence.
- Demonstrated knowledge of business analysis concepts and methodologies, such as process mapping and process optimisation.
- Proven planning, prioritisation and organisational skills, including the ability to establish and adhere to agreed project timeframes and deadlines.
