**Responsibilities**:
As a Dental Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, both on the phone and in person. Your role will be instrumental in ensuring smooth operations at our practice. Your primary duties will include:

- Greeting patients: Provide a warm and friendly welcome to all visitors.
- Managing appointments: Schedule, reschedule, and confirm patient appointments efficiently using D4W
- Billing and payments: Process payments, handle invoices, and assist patients with insurance claims.
- Administrative support: Keep patient records up to date and assist with other office tasks as needed.
- Ensuring a seamless patient experience: Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure patients feel valued and cared for.

**Required Qualifications**
- Additional certification as a dental receptionist or in healthcare administration is a plus.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in computer skills, including familiarity with dental practice management software.
- A professional and courteous demeanor.
