**Your new role**
As a Manager Audit, you will be supporting the following activities:

- Develop a culture of curiosity, challenge and professional scepticism amongst the team
- Managing a team and promoting a performance and development culture.
- Audits planning and delivery on Data covering data ownership/stewardship, master data management, metadata management, data architecture, etc. by providing strategic guidance to audit team leads on scope and approach.
- Effectively reviewing and delivery of quality audit workpapers in the systems of record, including walkthroughs, control identification, control design and operating assessment

**What you'll need to succeed**
- Profound understanding of various risk types spanning multiple areas of the bank
- Solid experience in data governance and/or management such as data ownership/stewardship, master data management, metadata management, data architecture, data glossaries is required
- Experience in unstructured data, Advanced SQL, Python and Data Visualisation tools will be an added advantage.
- Experience within Technology Audit or Risk Management / Assurance or Information Security, Internal Audit and Financial Services is required.
- Good to have understanding data management frameworks and industry best practices as well as data related regulatory obligations in the banking environment
