With a strong pipeline of projects across Melbourne, we’re looking to add an experienced Grader Operator who is skilled at operating Cat and John Deere graders to our team.

While our projects are primarily based in Melbourne’s northern and western suburbs, you may be required to travel to other locations across the city as needed.

**The Role**
Duties include:

- General operation and maintenance of machine - preparation and position of machine for operation.
- Final trim, infill, road and pavement work.
- Monitor operation of plant and adjust accordingly.
- Work from drawings as directed by Site Supervisors and Project Engineers.
- Follow and ensure safe operating procedures at all times.

**About You**
We are looking for the following skills and experience:

- Experience operating a Grader with final trim experience.
- Recent civil experience, specifically in bulk earthworks.
- GPS experience, ideally Topcon or Trimble.
- Experience operating a John Deer or Cat H.
- Ability to demonstrate high levels of initiative and be able to work well under pressure.
- Current driver’s license and vehicle.
- Grader and OHS tickets.
- Safety focused attitude with a high attention to detail and time management skills.
- Able to work as part of a team.
- Full Australian work rights.
